How much Optimal Internet Speed is required for Media box to work properly?
Media Box works best when you are getting 2.5 Mbps or more. You can connect to your router through the Ethernet wire or the wireless adapter (some models may have WI-FI or wireless adapter already built in the box). The internet speed keeps changing, depending on service, time and load on the network, but it should remain at least 2.5 Mbps to work properly (1Mbps speed may also work but the quality may suffer).
How do I connect to my internet?
Ethernet wire connection to your internet router or modem (if it is close enough to your TV), is recommended. If it is not close or even in the other room or part of the house, you can use the Wifi to connect to your network.
How long is warranty for media box?
Media come with 12 Months`Warranty. This Warranty covers any normal faults, which are not related to any mishandling or dropping on the surface, or misusing the box or the product, including the software which comes in the Media Box pre installed. Please make sure that there are no cracks or visible scratches, or dents etc on the Media box, nor there is any effort or sign of opening the Media Box. Also there will be a $25 USD processing and testing fee charged even if the box was found working or not working properly. Customers will have to pay for any return shipment charges, regardless of fault or warranty coverage time and terms. If the item is not covered with given warranty then extra repair charges will be assessed. And If customers do not want the item to be sent back, still there will be $25 USD testing fee charged.
What is the return Policy?
Media Box has a 7 business days return policy. If you ship the unit back to us within 7 business days after receiving it, your payment will be refunded after deduction of 15% restocking fee. And customer will have to pay for any mail charges for returning the item. Please email us with the product Serial Number, at the bottom of the box along with the details of any problems. We will try to resolve the issue with you on the phone or via email and if nothing helps then you can request for a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to you. Also you have make sure that the item or product to be returned should be in its original packing and original resalable form, without any efforts of opening or tampering with the Box or Software or other parts. There must be no marks, or scratches or dents on the Media Box.

How do i resolve DNS / IP Error on my media box
Most of time internet problem fixed by just switch off your modem/router for 3 minute and then restart back or reset your modem.
In some case replacing old router/modem can also fix problem.
Why can't I watch content on You Tube?
It is possible that content owner has Geo blocked for one particular country. You can read more about Geo unblocking on Google and use services to unblock the geographical blocked content.
